Last week, Bury Care Academy's first Leadership and Development Programme (LEAD) of 2026 concluded. This week saw the start of a new chapter for not only Bury Care Academy but also for a special selection of young people, all of whom are about to take their first step into a career in Health and Social Care. Our Young People's Project is a 4 week ecomonic inactivity trailblazer designed to help young people aged 16-24, currently not in any form of education or employment. By the end of these 4 weeks, these young people will have the tools needed to secure a career in Adult Social Care.
