As a specialist in high-volume, entry-level and mid-level hiring across education and customer operations related sectors, Laura brings 8 years of extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, from client and candidate management to strengthening employer branding across job boards and LinkedIn.
Jonathan brings 7 years of combined experience in marketing and communications, with a First Class Honours degree in Media and Marketing. Having worked across the sales and recruitment sectors, he has developed a diverse skill set spanning video production and editing, photography, graphic design, website management, and social media strategy.
Jonathan loves bringing ideas to life through creative marketing campaigns that connect with people across different platforms. Whether it's designing graphics, shooting videos, or managing social media, he's all about telling stories that resonate and help achieve real results.
Tiffany brings over 23 years of administrative experience to her role as Care Administrator. She began her career in the motor finance industry where she spent 15 years developing strong organizational and administrative skills, followed by experience as an NHS Administrator and a further eight years in the motor industry.
After a career break, Tiffany transitioned into the care sector as a Visiting Carer, which gave her valuable insight into the realities of care work and the qualities needed to succeed in the industry. This hands-on experience deepened her understanding of recruitment from both employer and employee perspectives.
Megan brings over 10 years of dedicated experience in social care to her role as Workforce Development Officer, with a degree in Technical Theatre, a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching. Starting her career in domiciliary care at 17, she has progressed through senior and leadership positions across home care, care homes, and hospitals, developing strong skills in team management, mentorship, and service development.
Megan is passionate about designing and delivering effective learning programs that foster professional growth and promote best practices. Her commitment to workforce development is driven by ensuring a skilled, confident, and compassionate social care workforce across Bury.
Outside of work, Megan is passionate about musical theatre, performing on stage, working with technical elements like lighting, and singing at gigs and weddings, experiences that have given her valuable transferable skills.
